• Item in original, clean, unused condition
• Original packaging and tags attached
• Within 30 days of delivery

For hygiene reasons: if the sealed bag has been opened, we can only accept returns if the item is unused and in perfect resalable condition — or if it’s faulty.

2. We’ll send you clear instructions and the return address
3. Pack the item securely
4. Post it back — we recommend a tracked service so you can confirm it’s arrived

Return shipping: If the item is faulty or incorrect — we cover the cost. If you’ve changed your mind — return postage is your responsibility.

• We’ll process your refund within 2 working days of receiving and checking your item
• Payment goes back to your original payment method
• Please allow 3–5 working days to show in your account — this depends on your bank
